As a corporate photographer in London I get commissioned by businesses...

...but what does corporate photography mean? For businesses looking for photography in London, corporate photography is an overarching expression encompassing everything a business needs for it's marketing and PR. For example, headshots; website photos; event & PR photography; product, brochure, and branding photography. It also includes bespoke commissioned photo art for boardroom walls or on brand messaging around the office. Some businesses need one element, some need the whole range and their requirements will shape the shoot.
I guide you through the options, understand your business needs and marketing ambitions in order to ensure we create a set of images that will work well for your London business.

Where to do Headshots or Personal Branding Photography in London?

For individuals in London I have permission to arrange headshots and personal branding photography in the Business Private Members Club, Home Grown, in Marylebone. There are a number of other areas in London where we can do corporate photography: the West End and City of London have amazing streetscapes which provide wonderful backdrops.
For businesses with a number of staff in London I can go to the office. A simple headshot session is definitely appropriate for some business people or for larger organisations where they want quality, consistent images for their staff.
Private members clubs and WeWork or other serviced offices in the City and West End are also places I have held photo shoots.

Website and brochure photography in London.

Website photography requires careful planning, especially in London. Pre shoot planning meetings will include brainstorming on the best location for the London shoot and many other elements.
My job is to guide my clients through the process during our pre shoot consultation meeting. By understanding my clients target market and how they work/what they are trying to communicate with the images I can create a vision for the photography. We get an image bank that can be used across websites, social media and in brochures, whether in print or on line.
With premises in London, businesses often commission a photographer to create a set of images that can be framed or printed in weird and wonderful ways to adorn their reception areas, corridors and board rooms. The brief can be specific to reinforce their brand, or can be open for creative interpretation...whichever, this is a really fun process!
My consultative approach to corporate photography ensures we book the right type of photo shoot for your London business.

Lovely things said about me

"Jo is an amazing Corporate Photographer, I cannot recommend her enough! She is such a talented photographer, I love what she has captured!"
"The Pictures show off our best quality: collaboration and teamwork...Thanks again for being a brilliant partner to us."

Choosing a location in London depends on whether you have offices there and what the London offices are like. It may be that you are a member of a West End Private Members Club and see clients there, or your business may occupy groovy co working spaces in the City of London. We discuss this and come up with a plan, sometimes we rent a space, sometimes we use a hotel or cafe, and sometimes existing office accommodation is perfect. The streets of London also offer excellent backdrops to corporate photography.
For remote working businesses wanting photography of their staff, London can be a convenient location to meet for a photo shoot. There are many spaces that can be hired, and I have access to a private members club which offers a wonderful backdrop for business photography.
Businesses of all shapes, sizes and sectors require photography for their marketing content. Whether it is headshots of the staff, PR photos for the directors or a wider set of photographs, every business needs up to date photos. Corporate photography is a catch all term that can mean photography for websites or photos for a social media campaign. Equally, London businesses may need an image bank for brochures that go to clients that communicate what you do or the products you offer and you will need photography that connects with your target market.
Corporate photography can involve a range of elements. Essentially at our consultation we would work out what the photos are needed for and how they will be used. This informs what we will produce and we plan the who, where and what of the shoot.
